About the Role:

Nayak Aircraft Services, a leading provider of airline-independent maintenance, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Quality Assurance team as a Deputy Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure the highest level of quality in our maintenance services.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to develop and implement training programs for technical staff.
  • Evaluate and recommend new and used component and material providers to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Quality Manager in evaluating the service provided by providers and sub-contractors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age 25 years
  • Sufficient knowledge of English language (spoken and written correctly)
  • Profound knowledge of relevant aviation legislation
  • Reasonable duration of practical working experience at CAMO and/or P145 organizations, preferably within the Quality/Compliance department
  • Human Factors Training (initial and recurrent)
  • Fuel Tank Safety Training – Level 1 at least
  • Audit techniques in aviation or Quality management training i.a.w. a recognised European standard such as EN ISO9001 or equivalent
  • Driving license
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • AMOS knowledge
  • Focused, organized, team worker; listening, comprehension and communication skills, proactivity, availability, results-oriented
