Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our internal quality management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating guidelines, work instructions, and processes that ensure the highest level of product quality and service excellence across the Formel D Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits, documenting results and defining corrective actions to address any deviations.
  • Support operational project teams in securing and enhancing core processes, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular management reports, providing insights into quality performance and areas for improvement.
  • Process customer complaints using the 8D method, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality management, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with quality management software.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
