About the Role

Main Responsibilities
- Telephone Support: Respond to student and faculty inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Visitor Management: Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or facilities.
- Package Administration: Receive and distribute packages to students and faculty.
- Space and Classroom Reservations: Coordinate the use of facilities and classrooms for events and classes.
- Faculty Support: Provide assistance to faculty members with their needs in the classroom.
- Card and Permit Issuance: Issue student cards and permits as required.
- Lost and Found Administration: Manage the lost and found for the campus.
Requirements
- Previous Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a reception or administrative role.
- Administration Skills: Experience in administration is an asset.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Catalan, and Spanish is required.
- Skills: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, good appearance, assertive conflict management, responsibility, and teamwork.
