Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Som Fundació De Suport A Persones Amb Discapacitat. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finances of our users, including processing payments, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finances of our users, including processing payments and managing administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Provide support to users with disabilities, including those with intellectual disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of administrative and financial procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Fluency in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.
