Bunge is seeking a highly skilled Compensations Manager Europe to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you implementing compensation policies, processes, and strategies aligned with market positioning objectives, costs, and human resources service needs. Your remit will involve all remuneration systems, aiming to maintain the internal balance and external competitiveness of our company's remuneration practices, as well as attract, retain, motivate, and professionally develop our human resources. You will also support assigned HRBPs and managers in compensation matters.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for contributing to the competitiveness of total rewards policies, processes, and procedures by updating and implementing consistent programs and following market practices and trends. You will work closely with Global Total Rewards on specific global projects and provide expertise in total compensation practices and procedures.
Responsibilities:- Update Compensation Policies through salary studies and surveys, ensuring alignment with market conditions.
- Maintain existing compensation policies standards and guidelines for hiring, promotion, and transfer cases.
- Analyze salary survey results to keep internal competitiveness.
- Contribute to recognition and reward policies that support attracting and retaining high-performance professionals.
- Participate in global projects, providing expertise in total compensation practices and procedures.
- Perform job evaluations (job leveling) according to the company's methodology for Europe & Asia.
- Develop HR projects with other analysts, contributing knowledge, practices, and experiences from your area of expertise.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience in total compensation practices and procedures, as well as knowledge of market trends and conditions.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
