Mobile Social Ads Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Mobile Social Ads Marketing Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage and coach a team of highly motivated Social specialists.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects and people simultaneously, delivering on-time and on-budget, and creating an efficient workflow to coordinate the creation of high-performing campaigns.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing a team of Social Media specialists and be able to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coaching a team of highly motivated Social specialists
  • Managing multiple projects and people simultaneously
  • Delivering on-time and on-budget
  • Creating an efficient workflow to coordinate the creation of high-performing campaigns
  • Providing direction and leadership to the Social Ads Acquisition team
  • Clearly defining problems, breaking down objectives, and addressing and escalating campaign performance issues
  • Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses, and scaling winning tests to improve Social Ads traffic and increase ROI
  • Delivering performance reports and insights to the Manager and defining campaign actions accordingly
  • Ability to monitor other players, trends in social media, and translate insights into strategic opportunities
  • Responsible for AB tests, analysis, and keyword mining
  • Supporting internal sharing of knowledge through training and coaching
  • Collaborating with ASO specialists and Creative team to maximize apps visibility
  • Performing periodical competitor analysis
  • Working with cross-functional teams, such as data science, project, and web development, to create high-quality and relevant ad creatives and landing pages
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Social Ads trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance and efficiency
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Retargeting / Remarketing: defining retargeting / remarketing strategies, targeting audiences for each purpose, implementing retargeting / remarketing campaigns, management and optimization of remarketing campaigns, and reporting

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of Social Media specialists
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and coach a team of highly motivated Social specialists
  • Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor other players, trends in social media, and translate insights into strategic opportunities
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest Social Ads trends and best practices
