Telemarketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Manager to lead our team and drive sales performance in our expanding operations in Torre del Mar, Calahonda, and Alhaurín el Grande.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of telemarketing agents to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to maximize productivity and sales capabilities.
- Oversee daily operations of telemarketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with company objectives and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business.
- Provide training and mentorship to new and existing agents to ensure high-quality sales performance.
