About This Role

At Passporter, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, identifying customer needs, and delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel providers and internal operations team
  • Apply best practices to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless travel booking operations
  • Deal with customer requests, complaints, and reviews in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in the travel sector, preferably in travel-tech companies
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Go-getter mindset, with a high level of motivation and drive to succeed
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
