Sales Travel Experience Coordinator

Passporter is seeking a Sales Travel Experience Coordinator to manage the full sales cycle, contact leads, identify their needs, offer the best trip experience, and manage the travel booking process.
This role requires strong knowledge of Passporter products, ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively, and a go-getter mindset with high flexibility and adaptation.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in the travel sector, ideally travel-tech companies, and fluency in Spanish and English.
- Manage the full sales cycle.
- Contact leads who have expressed interest in Passporter experiences.
- Identify their needs and offer the best trip experience.
- Manage the travel booking process.
- Apply best experience to identify consumers' budget, timeline, and decision-making processes with a high-end delivery.
- Deal with occurring requests, complaints, and reviews.
