We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Manager to join our Marketing & Communication Department at LABASAD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, building, and strengthening relationships between the school and its community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance the school's digital presence and encourage dialogue and interaction.
  • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms, including writing, editing, and publishing posts, as well as responding to messages and comments.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content marketing campaigns that align with the school's goals and objectives.
  • Organize and manage events, including social media promotions and activations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains relevant and engaging.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with social media management tools and software, including Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Native English speaker with a high level of Spanish fluency, as our social media presence is bilingual.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
