Digital Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Community Manager to join our Marketing & Communication Department at LABASAD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, building, and strengthening relationships between the school and its community.
Your main objective will be to enhance the school's digital presence, encourage dialogue and interaction, and ensure effective connectivity with the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with our target audience and increase brand awareness.
- Manage and create high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of our campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our online presence remains competitive.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and community management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
