About the Role
Fever is a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, and we're seeking a talented Digital Community Manager to join our dynamic editorial team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to advance your career in a professional newsroom and contribute to the success of one of the most sought-after digital media teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve and manage our international communities on social media platforms.
- Create high-quality and engaging text and visual content for our social media accounts, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
- Drive audience growth and engagement across multiple social platforms by scheduling content, writing copy, and monitoring performance.
- Collaborate with the Director of Social Media and Editorial Executives to schedule and promote editorial-sponsored content across all platforms.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve our proposals and stay ahead of the competition.
About You
We're looking for someone with a native-level of Spanish and Catalan, as well as English proficiency. You should have extensive knowledge of Barcelona and Catalonia, a deep passion for digital marketing, and 2+ years of experience running social media accounts for a newsroom, agency, or brand. You should also be familiar with social media tools like Falcon, Canva, CapCut, Creators Studio, Storrito, Later, and similar.
Desirable Requirements
- Mastery of Canva and proficiency in editing short, engaging videos. Experience with design/edit tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter is a plus.
- Knowledge of content discovery mechanisms (algorithms) and optimization levers within a digital media platform.
