About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Community Manager to join our Marketing and Communication Department at LABASAD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, building, and strengthening relationships between the school and its community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and implement a content strategy to enhance the school's digital presence, encourage dialogue and interaction, and ensure effective connectivity with the market.
  • Social Media Management: Manage, plan, and publish content on social media platforms, as well as respond to messages and comments.
  • Content Editing and Writing: Create and record content for social media, as well as edit and write content for the blog and other media channels.
  • Event Organization: Organize and manage events to promote the school's brand and engage with the community.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our content and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Digital Native: A strong understanding of social networks and digital platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both online and on camera, with a focus on public speaking and presentation.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of video design and editing software, including CapCut.
  • Language Skills: Native English speaker with a high level of Spanish, with fluency in both languages essential for our bilingual social media channels.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit, flexibility, and ability to listen and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of our content and social media strategies.
