Global Head of Clinical Affairs, Orthodontics

ClearCorrect is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our clinical affairs efforts in orthodontics. As Global Head of Clinical Affairs, Orthodontics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our clinical strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the global clinical strategy for ClearCorrect aligners, prioritizing feature development and treatment protocols.
  • Lead the development of new clinical treatment protocols, incorporating feedback from key opinion leaders and practitioners.
  • Collaborate with R&D and software development teams to ensure new features and practitioner/patient needs are correctly implemented in final clinical workflows and software.
  • Develop and execute a global education strategy, prioritizing new practitioners and experienced orthodontists, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use ClearCorrect products.
  • Drive the Key Opinion Leader Engagement Strategy, building relationships with world leaders in orthodontics to understand practitioner and patient needs, engage them in supporting proof of concept studies and clinical trials, and build further clinical evidence for our products.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in clinical affairs, orthodontics, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, software development, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
