Global Head of Orthodontic Affairs

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Orthodontic Clinical Affairs team as Global Head of Orthodontic Affairs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in orthodontic treatments and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive clinical strategy for ClearCorrect aligners, prioritizing feature development and practitioner/patient needs.
  • Lead the development of next-generation clinical treatment protocols, incorporating feedback from external KOLs.
  • Collaborate with R&D and software development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and practitioner/patient needs.
  • Design and initiate clinical evaluations to provide further clinical evidence and inform product development.
  • Partner with Straumann Group franchises to develop a multidisciplinary approach for holistic dental treatment solutions.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Orthodontist or Dentist with practice experience working with orthodontic treatments and patients.
  • Strong understanding of Orthodontics clinical protocols and practices.
  • Existing KOL relationships in the Orthodontic community.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate M&A opportunities.
