Strategic Sales Leader for Grid Automation in Europe

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our Grid Automation portfolio in Europe. Your expertise in sales leadership, market intelligence, and customer relationships will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the Electrical and Automation industries.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Strong commercial and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience leading virtual teams and driving sales success in a fast-paced environment.
