About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our EMEA team at Lighthouse. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales efforts in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in EMEA.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel chains, property management systems (PMS), and revenue management systems (RMS) providers.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
  5. Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients and prospects.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate records of business development activities, including sales pipeline, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as established by the company.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including revenue management, PMS, and RMS systems.
  3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  5. Fluency in English and proficiency in another language (preferably French or Arabic).
  6. Strong entrepreneurial skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
