Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ISA Management Team and the Business Development Team in multiple business development and strategic initiatives for the system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ISA Finance Senior Director, the Management Team, and the Business Development Team in defining the commercial strategy and in business development.
  • Provide ad hoc information and analysis as required.
  • Support in the preparation of information and data to ensure the business has the financial and business-related information and analysis necessary to steer the business.
  • Provide timely and meaningful system financial results, key financial metrics, and variance analysis to the system leaders, management team, regional finance, and Global Services.
  • Support and follow up of business-related special projects led at ISA level.
Requirements
  • Action-oriented and pragmatic, with the ability to work with a high level of autonomy.
  • Powerful critical thinking, using rigorous logic and methods to solve problems.
  • Robust project/program management skills, with the ability to create focus, move roadblocks, and tackle difficult problems.
  • Working collaboratively across groups, establishing strong collaborative relationships and demonstrating the ability to get things done.
  • Thinking digitally, with the ability to pick up new technical skills and knowledge quickly.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Knowledge of key BCG finance systems.
  • Excellent English and Spanish skills (verbal and written communication).
  • Portuguese desirable.
