Technical Support Specialist, Madrid Role with Multinational Impact

We're excited to introduce an exciting opportunity for a bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Agile Support team, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the collaboration between our Spanish Sales team and the broader support organization. By being on the ground in Madrid, you'll help us enhance communication, streamline the sharing of information, and ensure that our Spanish customers receive top-tier support.
About the Opportunity:
This is a unique chance to join a publicly listed company that develops its own AI technology and has a strong presence in the market. You will be working closely with our Sales team to achieve targets and keep customers happy, handling phone calls, outbound calls, and resolving tickets related to product-related questions. You'll also attend internal team meetings and sometimes customer meetings.
Your Success in This Role
You'll know you've succeeded in this role when you've smoothly integrated into the Support team, formed close bonds with your cross-functional colleagues from Sales, and ensured that your work results meet our KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, resolution time, etc.) and SLAs. You'll have become an expert in LeadDesk's product and customers, as well as Customer Care's processes and systems. You'll be able to ask insightful questions to understand error messages and assist customers with software problems.
Requirements:
This role requires onsite presence 5 days a week at the Madrid office, which is not a remote position. A valid work permit in Spain is also mandatory. We're looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as customer service or technical support. Native-level verbal and written proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English are essential. Additionally, we need someone with social butterfly personality traits, proactive, service-minded, and analytical skills. A completed upper secondary education or equivalent is required. The ability to master a combination of tech and human interactions is also necessary.
