Position: Specialist Bid and Proposal - Portuguese (Madrid)

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to assist our Bid and Proposal Manager in preparing contracts and bids.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare public tenders and present them in a timely manner on electronic platforms.
  • Prepare new offers to customers and respond to quotation requests and price enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Keep tender records in an efficient manner, allowing easy access by relevant sales staff.
  • Track tender and sales contract renewal/submission dates and respond accordingly.
  • Communicate with relevant teams for product registration.
  • Keep consignment records according to policy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Mandatory: Portuguese language.
  • English language is a plus.
  • SAP Demand experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in price quotation and tender processes.
  • Medical Device industry administrative experience is a plus.
