Language Learning Consultant

At goFLUENT, we're on a mission to revolutionize language learning for businesses worldwide. As a Learning Consultant, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals by providing exceptional support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Training and Support: Assist clients in their language learning journey, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Problem-Solving and Resolution: Resolve client complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly follow up with clients to track their progress and provide feedback.
- Account Management: Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and meet business objectives.
- Language Skills: Native Spanish speaker with excellent English language skills. Additional languages such as Catalan, Portuguese, French, or Italian are highly valued.
- Education: University degree in Language Studies, Translation, or Interpretation.
- Soft Skills: Empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Google tools.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
