English Language Assessment and Learning Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our sales team as a Learning and Assessment Consultant. This role will be crucial in helping to increase sales of our English language assessment and learning materials in the region, in line with our ambitious targets.
As a Learning and Assessment Consultant, you will support the achievement of annual revenue targets by implementing the approved country strategic plans and by developing both existing and new business in the region. Specifically, you will:
- Develop a detailed understanding of our learning and assessment portfolio for English to contribute to the achievement of annual revenue and profitability targets in the region, and to provide expert consultation with decision makers and influencers.
- Build strong relationships with our key partners across learning, assessment, and exams centers, providing extensive support and facilitating the best possible experience of our products.
- Carry out direct visits to existing customers and potential new customers, according to agreed prioritization and country strategic plans.
- Grow and maintain an accurate pipeline of leads and opportunities within our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
This role will require focus in the region but with travels to other areas as needed.
About YouYou will be a creative and industrious individual who works well both independently and as part of a team, and who has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
In addition, you will:
- Have good knowledge of the English language teaching and assessment industry in varying contexts.
- Be highly organized and able to plan your work around your individual, team, and customer requirements.
- Have a demonstrable ability to ensure outstanding record-keeping which enables you to work towards achieving strategic objectives and budgetary targets.
- Establish direct relationships with schools and other institutions, nurturing existing accounts and cross-selling the full range of products in all transactions.
- Preferably already have experience in sales and marketing as well as some existing knowledge of our learning and assessment products.
- Have a C level of English as a minimum.
