We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our sales team as a Learning and Assessment Consultant. This role will be crucial in driving the sales of our English language assessment and learning materials in the region.
As a Learning and Assessment Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing our country strategic plans and developing both existing and new business in the region. Your primary focus will be on the English language teaching and assessment industry, and you will work closely with our key partners to provide expert consultation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our learning and assessment portfolio for English to contribute to the achievement of annual revenue and profitability targets in the region.
- Build strong relationships with our key partners, including learning, assessment, and exams centers, to provide extensive support and facilitate the best possible experience of our products.
- Carry out direct visits to existing customers and potential new customers, according to agreed prioritization and country strategic plans.
- Grow and maintain an accurate pipeline of leads and opportunities within our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
This role will require frequent travel to various locations in the region, including Madrid, Castilla Leon, Castilla La Mancha, Andalusia, and Extremadura.
About YouWe are looking for a creative and industrious individual who works well both independently and as part of a team. You will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a good knowledge of the English language teaching and assessment industry in varying contexts.
Key Requirements:
- Highly organized and able to plan your work around individual, team, and customer requirements.
- Demonstrable ability to ensure outstanding record-keeping which enables you to work towards achieving strategic objectives and budgetary targets.
- Establish direct relationships with schools and other institutions, nurturing existing accounts and cross-selling the full range of products in all transactions.
- Preferably already have experience in sales and marketing as well as some existing knowledge of our learning and assessment products.
- Have C1 level of English as a minimum.
