Job Description:As a Learning Consultant at goFLUENT, you will play a vital role in supporting our Spanish learners through phone and email interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance, answer questions, and ensure a seamless learning experience. You will work closely with the Sales/Customer Success Management Team to stay updated on client progress and provide valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with clients/learners, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Assist learners with queries and concerns, following documented processes and supervisor guidance.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct follow-up calls to monitor learner progress and provide feedback.
- Participate in demo calls to showcase goFLUENT's services and features.
- Collaborate with Account Managers/Sales teams as needed to ensure seamless customer support.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the LC Manager.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with clients.
- University degree in Language Studies, Translation, or a related field.
- Proactive, responsible, and disciplined, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong command of MS Office and Google tools.
- Excellent command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Excellent oral communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle stress and work efficiently.
