About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Advisor to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Learning Consultant team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert guidance to learners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize internal procedures and improve response quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels.
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a language learning or support environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in German, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
