Language Learning Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Learning Consultant to join our team at goFLUENT. As a Learning Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our learners, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their language learning goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with clients/learners, providing personalized support and guidance to help them succeed in their language learning journey.
- Assist learners who need help through calls or emails, resolving customer complaints and providing solutions to their queries.
- Collaborate with the Sales/Customer Success Management Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) discussed with the LC Manager, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent level of English, and a strong command of MS Office and Google tools.
- Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and able to multitask, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- University degree in Language Studies, Translator/Interpreter, or a related field.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, handle stress well, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
