About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Learning Consultant to join our team at goFLUENT. As a Learning Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Spanish learners, providing guidance and support throughout their language training journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with clients/learners, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their training
  • Assist learners with queries and concerns via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Customer Success Management Team to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our language training programs and services
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to learners, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Native Spanish speaker with excellent level of English
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proactive, responsible, and disciplined, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy and effective communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
