**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Language Learning Consultant to join our team. As a Language Learning Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Spanish-speaking learners. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support to learners, helping them to achieve their language learning goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage relationships with clients/learners, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their language learning journey.
- Assist learners who require help, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that learners receive the highest level of service.
- Conduct demo calls to showcase the effectiveness of our language learning solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales/Customer Success Management Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
**Requirements**
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent level of English.
- University degree in Language Studies, Translator/Interpreter, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
