Technical Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Manager to join our global support organization at PTC Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering superior-quality support services to our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 6-12 support engineers, their performance, and career development.
- Collaborate with support managers worldwide to provide world-class technical support to all clients.
- Work closely with services and account teams to ensure all issues are handled effectively to meet sales and services goals.
- Develop relationships with key business and technical stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Manage escalated customer issues and resolve them in conjunction with the escalation manager.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships across various internal and external roles.
- Excellent customer service and management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
As a Technical Support Manager at PTC Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a highly talented and collaborative global team. You will be responsible for protecting and growing annual recurring revenue (ARR) by providing a seamless PTC experience to achieve our customers' desired outcomes and accelerate customers' success.
