About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Manager to join our team at Arena. As a key member of our global support organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services to our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of support engineers, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality support services.
  • Collaborate with services and account teams to ensure effective issue resolution and meet sales and services goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal departments to drive business improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key business and technical stakeholders across assigned accounts.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships across various internal and external roles.
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken) and additional languages (German, French) are a plus.
  • Optional: Experience in databases, computer networks, or operating systems.
