Technical Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Manager to join our team at Arena. As a key member of our global support organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services to our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of support engineers, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality support services.
- Collaborate with services and account teams to ensure effective issue resolution and meet sales and services goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal departments to drive business improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key business and technical stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships across various internal and external roles.
- Fluent in English (written/spoken) and additional languages (German, French) are a plus.
- Optional: Experience in databases, computer networks, or operating systems.
