About the Role

The MongoDB Sales Operations team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy and Planning team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Senior Sales leadership to drive market and segment-specific analyses to uncover business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business and compensation rules to inform sales strategy
  • Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles and compensation plans
  • Collaborate with various business units to drive productivity and headcount scenario analyses
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
  • 5+ years of work experience in Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics
  • Effective communicator with the ability to break down complex technical concepts into simple business vernacular
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with major business intelligence tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker)
