About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our Platform & Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our People Operations, making them more agile and responsive to the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement technical solutions to automate business processes and improve data integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain APIs, webhooks, and other technical integrations
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy in our distributed software stack
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of automation-first approach and ability to tackle problems from a low-level perspective
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code tools
  • Ability to reason about processes at a high level and understand technical implications
  • Confidence in working in ambiguous environments with a high level of autonomy
