Job Summary
We are looking to hire a talented and committed Full Lifecycle Recruiter for our AUTA Recruiting team to play a critical role in managing Amazon's growth and additional hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for hiring graduates (attraction, selection processes, onboarding).
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and Amazon's Leadership Principles. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Responsible for developing strong working relationships with all key hiring managers and working closely with them to ensure hiring needs are met for their groups.
- Create innovative plans to attract qualified candidates for open roles and monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at Amazon.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in both French and English.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
- Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation.
- Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a campus recruitment environment.
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
- Understanding of Apprentice hiring in France.
