Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join our Amazon Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from attracting and selecting top talent to onboarding and integrating new hires into our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hiring and Selection: Responsible for hiring graduates through attraction, selection processes, and onboarding.
  2. Partnering with Hiring Teams: Collaborate with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, ensuring a deep understanding of return on investment.
  3. Candidate Sourcing and Management: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, conducting in-depth interviews to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
  4. Recruitment Strategy and Planning: Recommend ideas and strategies related to talent recruitment that contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning current processes to deliver high-quality results.
  5. Communication and Reporting: Articulate a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process, ensuring strong working relationships with key hiring managers and stakeholders.
  6. Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and Amazon's Leadership Principles, possessing strong ability to screen, interview, and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
  2. Language Skills: Excellent speaking and writing skills in both French and English.
  3. Client Focus and Commitment: Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
  4. Process Management and Innovation: Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation.
  5. HR Acumen: Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Campus Recruitment Experience: Experience in a campus recruitment environment.
  2. High-Volume Hiring: Experience managing high-volume as well as niche hiring.
  3. Contact Management Systems: Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  4. Apprentice Hiring: Understanding of Apprentice hiring in France.
