Full Lifecycle Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join our Amazon University Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from attracting and selecting top talent to onboarding and integrating new hires into our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Selection: Responsible for hiring graduates through attraction, selection processes, and onboarding.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, ensuring a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Candidate Sourcing and Management: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management, conducting in-depth interviews to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
- Recruitment Strategy and Planning: Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Communication and Reporting: Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
- Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and Amazon's Leadership Principles, possessing strong ability to screen, interview, and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Relationship Building and Management: Responsible for developing strong working relationships with all key hiring managers and working closely with them to ensure hiring needs are met for their groups.
- Recruitment Innovation and Excellence: Create innovative plans to attract qualified candidates for open roles and monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at Amazon.
- Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in both French and English.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
- Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation.
- Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative.
- Experience in a campus recruitment environment.
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- Understanding of Apprentice hiring in France.
