About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Lifecycle Recruiter to join our Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team. As a key member of our recruiting team, you will play a critical role in managing Amazon's growth and additional hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, ensuring a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting.
- Articulate a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and Amazon's Leadership Principles.
- Possess strong ability to screen, interview, and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Develop strong working relationships with all key hiring managers and work closely with them to ensure hiring needs are met for their groups.
