- Accounting Activities: Participate in subsidiaries' accounting activities, including analysis of sales & margins entries, general ledger provisions, operating expenses review, and commercial provisions.
- Tax Reports: Submit VAT, Intrastat, and other tax reports monthly.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Participate in all balance sheet GLs reconciliations.
- Monthly Management Accounts: Collaborate in monthly management accounts preparation.
- Reporting Pack: Assist finance manager in Spanish Group Reporting pack preparation.
- Statutory Statements: Assist finance manager in statutory annual financial statements of the company.
- Ecommerce: Responsible for the ecommerce of the group.
- Experience: At least 1 year working in a similar position (previous work in a retail or wholesale company would be an added advantage).
- Skills: Excel skills are essential. SAP and BI are desirable.
- Languages: Fluent English.
- Accounting Strength: Be technically strong with accounting rules.
- Proactivity: Good team player, enthusiastic, motivated.
A competitive salary of €45,000 per annum is offered to the successful candidate. This figure may vary based on experience and qualifications.
