About this Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Senior Vice President of Growth, you will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing revenue from existing clients and closing new sales opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop compelling proposals to convert opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define target accounts and develop strategies to approach them.
  2. Identify key decision-makers and engage in insightful conversations to uncover their business needs.
  3. Design and deliver compelling proposals to convert opportunities into sales.
  4. Develop and implement account management plans for each target account.

You will work closely with an Account Executive to support outreach and proposal writing. Your responsibilities will include commercial management of accounts, including interaction with working teams and key client counterparts. You will also be consulted by our Marketing team on activities and campaigns that can support your sales activities.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Strategy Consulting or Business Research.
  • Proven exposure to C-suite and senior decision-makers at multinational companies.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, German).
  • Interest in Business Development and Sales, including awareness of sales cycles and funnels.
  • Data-driven approach, ability to turn learnings and insights into ideas and plans.
