About the Role

As a Cloud Solutions Architect at Amazon, you will play a critical role in helping our customers and partners achieve their cloud adoption goals. You will work closely with our customers and partners to understand their technical requirements and provide guidance on how to create solutions using AWS technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers and partners to accelerate their cloud projects and recommend best-practice architectures that align with their long-term business outcomes.
  • Build strong technical relationships with partners and operate as their trusted advisor, ensuring that the guidance you provide is in the best interests of the customer.
  • Share the voice of the customer and partners to inform the roadmap of AWS features and services.
  • Contribute to the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content, and new reference architectures, such as white papers, code samples, and blog posts.
  • Educate and evangelize about AWS technology through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos, and conferences.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Architecture organization by participating in hiring decisions and helping others develop new skills through knowledge sharing.
  • Develop areas of depth in technical domains relevant to your interests and your customer's outcomes.
What You'll Need
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, architecture, and engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Experience working with AWS services and technologies, including cloud architecture, security, and cost optimization.
