**Job Description**

The role of an Aviation Sales Specialist is crucial in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for promoting our services and products, identifying new sales opportunities, and exceeding your sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face meetings;
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and products, as well as the needs and pain points of our clients;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our target clients;
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations;
  • Develop and execute customized sales plans to meet client needs and drive revenue growth;
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition;
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aviation or travel industry;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent writing, speaking, and presentation abilities;
  • Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
