Position Overview:

KlasJet is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our expansion in Spain and Portugal. This role will involve driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and negotiating bespoke contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth;
  • Negotiate contracts with VIP clients and deliver exceptional customer experiences;
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers;
  • Provide market insights and feedback to inform sales strategies;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales proposals and presentations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the aviation industry;
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Compensation and Benefits Package:

  • An attractive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience;
