About the Role

Criteo, a global commerce media company, is seeking a Senior IT Agile Transformation Specialist to join its Core Finance & Monetize tribe within the Internal IT Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Agile practices are understood and enacted within the team, ensuring consistency with other tribe's practices, and partnering with other Scrum Masters for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects or organizations using Agile frameworks, with a proven track record of success in rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure Agile practices are understood and enacted within the team.
  2. Ensure consistency with other tribe's practices.
  3. Partner with other Scrum Masters for continuous improvement.
  4. Act as a servant-leader of the team, helping those outside the team understand which interactions are helpful and which are not.
  5. Challenge the team to achieve best quality, user alignment, value creation, and team engagement.
  6. Anticipate impediments or new context impacting team performance or the organization and accompany the team to adapt and cope with changes.
Requirements
  1. At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects or organizations using Agile frameworks.
  2. Proven success working in rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environments.
  3. Experience working in an international environment, fluent in English, written and spoken.
  4. Knowledge and understanding of the Agile Manifesto and Agile methodologies, technical practices, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience working with remote teams.
  2. Experience working with delivery teams in India.
  3. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  4. Knowledge of multiple Agile frameworks such as Kanban and SAFe.
  5. Finance process knowledge or experience.
