At Edwards Lifesciences, we're committed to innovation and excellence in patient-focused care. As an Agile Coach, you'll play a vital role in driving our structural heart disease and critical care monitoring initiatives forward.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Scrum teams and leaders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption of agile methodologies.
  • Lead Scrum Transformation Waves, guiding teams through readiness, sustainment, and growth phases.
  • Coach teams on agile ways of thinking and scrum methodology, ensuring they derive value from cadences and adopt effective working practices.
  • Serve as an agile subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
  • Support the overall success of our transformation initiative by performing other incidental duties as necessary.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8 years of hands-on experience managing projects of increasing complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading organizations through agile transformations, with a track record of coaching and training Scrum teams.
  • Proven expertise in using MS Office Suite and related project management systems, coupled with excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiation and relationship management abilities, to drive the achievement of objectives.
  • Extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to agile methodologies, change management, and software development.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, along with experience in project budgeting and financial management.
  • Effective leadership skills and the ability to influence change, including facilitating change and collaborating with management and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working within regulated environments, demonstrating strict attention to detail and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization, coupled with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment.
