About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to join our Agile Coaches Team as part of the Transformation Office. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving the company's agility and transformation at different levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach teams and individuals in Agile/Lean ways of working and thinking.
  • Ensure teams at different scales are seeking to become High Performance.
  • Coach leadership to understand Agile Leadership and its benefits.
  • Collectively share responsibility in decisions and implementation of Tribe's and Squad's objectives about the way of working.
  • Provide simple and innovative solutions to overcome problems.
  • Energize the learn, do and share culture amongst squads, tribes and the Agile Innovation CoE.
  • Stimulate collaboration within the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as agile coach: running at least one Agile Transformation from strategy to implementation, using both agile and innovation frameworks.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience coaching and training teams in lean/agile, especially Scrum Kanban.
  • Scrum, Kanban and Scaling Frameworks Certification (Desirable).
  • Coaching Certification (Desirable).
  • Facilitation Certification (Desirable).
  • Agile Leadership Certification (Desirable).
  • Design Thinking and Lean Start-up (Desirable).
  • Gamification Certification (Desirable).
