Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our technology team as a Head of Scaled Agile. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing scaled agile frameworks within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a scaled agile framework tailored to our technology capability.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Release Train Engineering that aligns with our company goals.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Release Train Engineers and Agile team members.
  • Drive the agile transformation across our technology teams, ensuring adoption of agile principles and practices.
  • Continuously assess and improve Agile processes, practices, and tooling to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in Agile methodologies are a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in agile project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing Agile Release Trains.
