Job Title: Head of Transformation

Join Axa Partners as a key member of our leadership team and drive our ambitious transformation agenda forward. As the Head of Transformation, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating our global transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic plan, and overseeing the execution of key projects.

About the Role:
  • Lead and coordinate the global transformation agenda, simplifying and leading transformation investment governance
  • Coordinate the transformation of the operating model, ensuring the right initiatives are undertaken, and benefits are fully realized
  • Build and maintain an integrated transversal transformation roadmap and plans aligned with strategic priorities
  • Ensure the rapid and smooth execution of initiative efforts, leading transversal initiatives, and integrating financial and KPI tracking
  • Coordinate project management resource needs and allocation of resources, providing leadership of the Global Transformation Programme
About You:
  • Proven track record of strategically aligning financial resources with people resources, technology, and other assets to achieve desired strategic outcomes
  • Significant experience in change management and digital/business transformation of a large multinational company
  • Strong understanding of operations and business processes
  • Proven managerial, leadership, and talent management skills
  • Strong financial (P&L) and analytical skills
