Agile Transformation Coach

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences in the Czech Republic. As a global leader in patient-focused medical innovations, we offer a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide coaching and guidance to Scrum teams and leaders to ensure effective implementation of Agile methodologies.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption of Agile practices.
- Lead Scrum Transformation Waves, guiding teams through readiness to sustaining phases.
- Coach teams on Agile ways of thinking and Scrum methodology.
- Ensure teams derive value from Scrum cadences and encourage effective working practices.
- Refine training materials and strategies to support team success.
- Serve as Agile subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8 years of hands-on experience managing projects of increasing complexity.
- Demonstrated experience in leading organizations through Agile transformations, with a track record of coaching and training Scrum teams.
- Proven expertise in using MS Office Suite and related project management systems, coupled with excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiation and relationship management abilities, to drive the achievement of objectives.
- Extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to Agile methodologies, change management, and software development.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, along with experience in project budgeting and financial management.
- Effective leadership skills and the ability to influence change, including facilitating change and collaborating with management and executive stakeholders.
- Experience working within regulated environments, demonstrating strict attention to detail and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization, coupled with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment.
