Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Team Lead to lead our Release Management team and drive the growth and evolution of Developer Productivity Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the definition, prioritization, and management of the team's backlog, as well as providing a satisfying developer experience that allows developers to enhance their efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide product development internal tooling and technical processes
  • Manage Jenkins CI system used company-wide for both product/project-specific development
  • Manage the product release process
  • Manage GitLAB hosting (SaaS) used for code hosting and collaboration
  • Manage the Issue tracker used for product development
  • Manage/running several internal production and/or testing servers (Ubuntu LTS on AWS)

Requirements

  • MS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Telecommunications
  • 1+ years experience in team lead position
  • 5+ years experience in release management and/or managing CI systems (preferably Jenkins)
  • 5+ years experience in Linux System Administration (Ubuntu Linux or similar)
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Tomcat, Apache2
  • Experience with scripting (bash, python) is a plus
  • Experience with Ansible is a plus
  • Experience managing GitLab is a plus
  • Experience with AWS Cloud is a plus
  • Experience in designing technical solutions in coordination with other teams/departments
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English is a must
  • Analytical thinking detail-oriented
  • Initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
