Sennder is a leading digital freight forwarder in Europe, revolutionizing road logistics with data-driven solutions. We're seeking a skilled Risk and Compliance Advisor to join our Operations team in Madrid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety, security, and compliance programs, policies, and strategies.
  • Oversee risk assessments, manage security protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of company-wide safety, security, and compliance initiatives.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and disputes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with external advisors and internal teams to enhance safety, security, and compliance processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Risk Management, Law, Business Administration, Compliance).
  • Proven experience in safety, security, or compliance management roles, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
