Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers in Spain to understand their hiring needs and role requirements
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and deliver a diverse range of applicants
  • Source and recruit the best candidates through innovative strategies
  • Interview candidates and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers

You will work closely with stakeholders in the UK and collaborate with our Head of Talent in London to drive business growth and excellence. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (at a business level) will be essential in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of 48,000 - 60,000 euros per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
